Terms of Use

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website bicut.com (the "Site") operated by Bicut ("Bicut", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site presents Bicut's B2B software products and engineering services for trading platforms — including trading terminals, AI trading agents, market data and signal tooling, strategy infrastructure, trading backends and payment integrations (together, the "Products"). The Site is informational: it does not itself provide trading, brokerage, investment, custody or payment services, and nothing on the Site is an offer of financial services to the public.

2. No financial advice

Content on the Site — including product descriptions, demonstration videos, charts, numbers shown in demos and any market commentary — is provided for illustration of software capabilities only. Demo data is simulated. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a promise of trading performance or profit. Trading in financial instruments and digital assets involves substantial risk of loss.

3. Intended audience

The Products are intended for businesses — brokers, exchanges, fintech platforms, prop firms and similar institutions — and are supplied under separate written agreements negotiated with each client. These Terms govern the Site only; any purchase, licensing, integration or service engagement is governed exclusively by the applicable master services or license agreement signed by the parties.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, videos, product names and software previews — are the property of Bicut or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy, modify, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without authorization, interfering with the Site's operation, or submitting false, misleading or unlawful information through forms on the Site.

6. Forms and communications

When you submit a demo request, affiliate application or other form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the business you name. We may contact you at the details you provide about your request. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bicut disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Product capabilities, metrics and availability described on the Site may change without notice and may differ per engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bicut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred (100) US dollars.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices; you access them at your own risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity of Bicut is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Contact
